This five-story, 54-unit modular construction development is among the first to be accepted into Denver’s Enhanced Affordable Housing Program. Studio K2 Architecture is providing design for this multi-family for-rent apartments, which include studio, one and two-bedroom options, communal amenities and a reception area for a total of ~30,000-sq-ft.
