Studio K2 Architecture was hired to transform an existing commercial building at 4300 Kipling Street into a new home for New Genesis Training Academy. The tenant finish project combined two existing suites into one cohesive training facility, creating an open and functional environment designed to support both athletic training and day-to-day operations.

The new academy features dedicated gym and training areas along with office space for staff and administration. Studio K2 worked within the existing building framework to create a cohesive layout that balances the demands of a high-energy athletic environment with the functional needs of the academy’s operations.

The project demonstrates Studio K2’s experience in adaptive reuse and commercial tenant improvements, transforming an existing space into a purpose-driven facility tailored to its new use.
