Studio K2 Architecture worked with Kailash Farms to transform an unfinished existing commercial suite into a specialized CBD extraction and edible production facility. The project required careful planning and coordination to accommodate a highly specific production process, including multiple modular clean rooms with blast-resistant walls and doors.

A key challenge was fitting the required production equipment and modular clean room systems efficiently within the existing footprint while maintaining functional circulation and supporting spaces. The facility also includes a reception lobby, conference room, break room, offices, and separate men’s and women’s locker rooms with showers.

The project demonstrates Studio K2’s ability to work within existing building constraints while coordinating specialized equipment, operational requirements, and technical spaces to create a highly functional production environment.
