This new construction warehouse in Wheat Ridge, CO features retail and offices at the front of the building, and a warehouse at the back to house Dardano’s Shoes inventory. This project will sit on roughly 18,600 sf of land and will be adjacent to the existing Dardano’s offices and warehouse. The mix of materials and alternating pitched roofs make this new facility blend into the surrounding neighborhood.
