This new 7,300 Sq. Ft. ground-up office building with warehouse space will house S2 Builders headquarters out of Buena Vista, Colorado. The building will feature roughly 3,000 Sq. Ft. of office and warehouse space including a mezzanine designed for S2 Builders. The remaining space will house future tenants of Buena Vista offering three separate suites within the building.

The facade will include corten weathered metal siding, stone veneer and stucco to adhere to the natural and historic aspect of the town of Buena Vista. This handsome and hardworking building gives an interesting facade with two opposite roof lines and varying heights. Construction is expected to start near the end of 2025.
