Studio K2 Architecture was teamed with Hensel Phelps Construction Company (HPCC) on the Boys and Girls Club in Greeley Colorado.  As a direct result of the Boys & Girls Club collaboration, SK2 along with Leap Interiors, was commissioned to help HPCC with the design of their Denver office.

The project is designed to a LEED Silver Standard.  This 2,600 sq ft Tenant Improvement worked to tell the narrative of the corporate culture of HPCC. There is a story wall as one enters the space that highlights the ideals of  Hensel Phelps.  Key words are engraved into a glass wall that chronicle the core values.

The Tenant Improvement is also designed using LEED-TI standards to demonstrate the their dedication to green building practices.  SK2 used Beetle Kill wood as a base material that all the other design themes take cues from to create an integrated design idea. The new corporate office also has an open teamwork friendly environment, a training room and large conference facility that allows multiple subcontractors to partner with HPCC.
