überBURBS is a mixed-use building with a restaurant / pub, mercantile, and office space designed to create a unique and memorable experience in the suburbs.  The building design focused on how the building could engage the current suburb site and circulation, queue from European villages / streetscapes for architectural forms, and ways to visually communicate sustainable practices.
