The Work: Highland 15

Highland 15 is a new 15-unit community proposed for the Highland neighborhood in Denver.

This development will have 15 three-story townhomes looking into a central shared green space. Each unit will have a study / sun room that will look onto the common park.

The idea is to design a community that encourages interaction between people, just as one finds in Denver’s Washington Park and other established historic districts in the city.
