Construction started
March 2010 and is expected to be completed in early 2011.

Saddlery project
is a renovation of a 1908 warehouse was originally built by Dennis
Sheedy—the MY O'Fallon Supply
Company.
The first floor will be retail, with offices on floors 2 through
5 and
two
new penthouses
on the
roof.
