PF Chang's in Irvine California is a renovation of an existing PF Chang's in Irvine CA. Studio K2 Architecture is teamed AVRO KO Design in New York. This store is a complete remodel of their existing 7,000 SF restaurant including kitchen, dining and patio areas. This new concept design will be a one of a kind for PF Chang's.

Saddlery project
is a renovation of a 1908 warehouse was originally built by Dennis
Sheedy—the MY O'Fallon Supply
Company.
The first floor will be retail, with offices on floors 2 through
5 and
two
new penthouses
on the
roof.
