Studio K2 Architecture We are two long time friends who, after many hours of working together collaborating on design projects, discovered we shared a common belief in how architecture should be delivered to our clients. We believe that architects in our firm should be well rounded in all aspects of the design profession. There can never be enough communication. We are here to spend your money wisely. Architecture should serve our clients and not our egos.
 
We call this “Client Centered Design.”

History
Founded in 2009, Studio K2 Architecture now operates its office in the historic Union Station in Denver. We have two licensed architects who bring collectively over 43 years of total project experience. We are licensed in numerous states and service clients across the country.

Studio K2 Architecture was brought together by a common culture and value set. These core values guide our everyday decisions, our attitudes and our business approach, and they may be articulated as follows:

Excellent Customer Service
We pride ourselves in being proactive, responsive, and flexible in doing what we say we will do, and in fact, exceeding our clients’ expectations. This is, after all, your project. We are a part of the team helping you achieve your objectives.

Creativity
Creativity happens at all levels, not just in the design of a building. When we think creatively, we are solving problems and coming up with workable solutions. This applies to all aspects of design from the big idea to solving how 10 things come together in 3 dimensional spaces.Our creative and efficient approach is to complete every project as a team and encourage individual versatility.

Having Fun
We all work very hard at our jobs and love what we do. Studio K2 Architecture tries to bring a little fun to each of our projects. If you are not having fun with your architect then you're not working with Studio K2. Our objective is to bring new ideas to design and focus on teamwork to bring ideas together.
