On the Boards: The Barn
The Barn is a new Indoor / Outdoor tennis facility in Jefferson County.
This development will feature 6 new indoor tennis courts and stepped outdoor courts. The site uses a unique piece of land in a creative way. Only half the land can have buildings with foundations due to a geological configuration. By putting stepped outdoor tennis courts the site is used more efficiently.
The design idea is to have an iconic form that fits into part of Jefferson County Colorado. What better form than a Barn to celebrate the agricultural heritage of the area
