We are closing in on finishing this project. The exterior is nearly complete with the Copper installed on the penthouses. Spectrum, our contractor, has been outstanding to work with as a great team member being proactive in anticipating issues before they become problems. This has been a very complex project, but as a unified group we have made this project a success to date. We are also pleased to hear so many possitive comments about the building from prospective tenant and the public. Great Clients make great buildings.
