On the Boards: 1470 Havana CCRC
1470 Havana is a renovation of the old City of Aurora’s office building into a new 84 unit Senior Living facility. SK2 is excited to be teamed with our old friend at SB Architecture. Omni Development is our visionary client that sees an exciting new use for this mid-century modern building.
The eight story high rise building has extraordinary views of the Front Range. The new CCRC will have great new common amenities designed to reflect the current trends in Senior Living today. This is just the first phase of a two phase Campus. SK2 and SBA have moved into Schematic Design. Stay tuned for more images as the project develops.
